Low-loop is netart experiment and web-ring that aims at bringing together artists, developers and researchers in proliferating personal websites and sharing traffic among each other. The internet I grew up with was fun and there are still people having fun on the internet, I am to keep it this way.

The ring welcomes artist and theorist with cool websites, blogs, portfolios, wikis and anything cool that is on the web, with an emphasis on Bulgarian creators.
